Why this circuit

The Médoc stretches north of Bordeaux, along the estuary, on a road lined with châteaux that gave the circuit its name. Margaux, Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe follow one another over a hundred or so kilometres.

It's the most complete circuit in the vineyard: three appellations, three atmospheres, one day. We adjust the order of visits and the pace to the estates that interest you.

How long does a Médoc circuit take?

Plan on a full day, around 8 to 9 hours, to comfortably visit two to three estates along the route des châteaux, with lunch midway through.

Do tastings need to be booked in advance?

Yes, Médoc estates mostly welcome visitors by appointment. We arrange the timings with you before you arrive.
