Saint-Émilion

Why this circuit

Saint-Émilion and Pomerol are neighbours, east of Bordeaux, across the Dordogne. The drive is short and the vineyard is tighter-knit than the Médoc, with family estates alongside the grands crus classés.

It's our most flexible circuit: a half-day for a first taste, a full day to add a stop and take the time to walk through the village.

FAQ — Saint-Émilion

Does the circuit include Pomerol?

Yes, the two appellations are neighbours and are naturally visited in the same morning, before heading to the village of Saint-Émilion for lunch.

Can this half-day become a full day?

Yes, by adding a third estate or an extra stop in the Libournais. The programme is built with you before you arrive.

Do estate visits need to be booked in advance?

Yes, especially for the grands crus classés. We coordinate the appointments beforehand.

Can this circuit be combined with the Médoc in the same stay?

Yes, the two directions are never done the same day, but they follow on well over a multi-day stay.
